I. Welcome and introduction
a. George calls meeting to order
II. Approval of Minutes –February 05, 2026
a. Motion to approve the February 5th meeting minutes made by John Poniske, seconded by
Richard Hissong passed 5-0-0
III. Public Comment
a. No comment

a. Franklin County SALDO Amendment- Data Centers
i. David motions to bring to floor and Richard seconds
ii. George opens floor with reason for today’s discussion
1. Discussion on what standards are being put in place, how ordinance will be
enforced, and what the impact of a county ordinance would have on our
municipalities occurred. Other discussion around the absence of any proposals,
minimal interest expressed by developers, and community impacts of potential
data center development was also held.
iii. Motion to recommend that the commissioners adopt the amended ordinance made by
Austin Rosenbaum, seconded by Richard Hissong passed 5-0-0
