2) What are the operating voltages for each generator listed in Attachment B? This information will
assist with load bank testing requirements and accurate pricing.
a. Please refer to question # 1 above
3) Are site visits or facility walkthroughs available to interested bidders prior to quote submission?
a. Yes, if you reach out to us, we are able to meet with Bidders and show equipment.
4) Attachment B appears to indicate that the generators are due for load bank testing in 2027. Since
the contract is expected to begin in 2026, could the County clarify whether those load bank tests
are anticipated during the first contract year or the follow ing contract year? This information
affects scheduling and pricing allocation across the contract term.
a. This can be completed in the 2nd half of the year 2027 making it year 2 of the contract.
5) Does the County have any desired or expected after-hours emergency response time for generator
service? While we understand the RFQ does not appear to specify a required response time, On
Watch typically offers emergency support and would like to better un derstand the County's
expectations. Would a 2-4 hour response target be considered acceptable for critical service calls?
a. Yes, we would need emergency support, 2-4 hours is acceptable
