2) What are the operating voltages for each generator listed in Attachment B? This information will
assist with load bank testing requirements and accurate pricing.
a. Please refer to question # 1 above
3) Are site visits or facility walkthroughs available to interested bidders prior to quote submission?
a. Yes, if you reach out to us, we are able to meet with Bidders and show equipment.
4) Attachment B appears to indicate that the generators are due for load bank testing in 2027. Since
the contract is expected to begin in 2026, could the County clarify whether those load bank tests
are anticipated during the first contract year or the follow ing contract year? This information
affects scheduling and pricing allocation across the contract term.
a. This can be completed in the 2nd half of the year 2027 making it year 2 of the contract.
5) Does the County have any desired or expected after-hours emergency response time for generator
service? While we understand the RFQ does not appear to specify a required response time, On
Watch typically offers emergency support and would like to better un derstand the County's
expectations. Would a 2-4 hour response target be considered acceptable for critical service calls?
a. Yes, we would need emergency support, 2-4 hours is acceptable
6) Can the chosen vendor complete multiple sites load tests on the same day? Or should they
plan for 1: 2 hour load test per day?
a. Yes, multiple gens can have the load test completed same day; our techs are available to
escort from 0630 am until 3pm Monday through Friday.
7) Can the County confirm whether preventative maintenance services/ load banks may be
performed during normal business hours, or are any sites required to be serviced after -
hours, overnight, or on weekends?
a. These services need to be performed during normal business hours.
8) The specifications require two semiannual PM visits but do not distinguish between a minor
and major service. Can the County clarify whether all listed maintenance items, including oil
and filter replacement, are required during both annual visits, or shou ld one visit be
considered a full service and the second an inspection -only service (PM1/PM2)
a. PM 1 is a visual inspection, (Minor ) checking fluids topping off as needed, checking for any
codes or errors, Running gens to ensure smooth operation, documenting any issues.
b. PM 2 is the service Visit, ( Major ) replacement of fluids, filters. Please see manufactures
recommendations for specific Generator service requirements
