And Nom, June 17th -19 53, the Court having
heard this case and having fully considered and proceeded to determine
the same as to law and justice appertain, do sentence and decree that
Clarence M. Shelly be divorced and
separated from the nuptial ties and bonds of matrimony heretofore contracted
between him , the said Clarence M. Shelly
the plaintiff, and the said Doris G. Shelly
, the defendant; and that there-
upon all and every the duties, rights and claims accruing to either the said
Clarence M. Shelly , or the said
Dor.i.s.. G.. Shelly , at anytime heretofore
in pursuance of said marriage, shall cease and determine, and the said
Clarence M. Shelly and Doris G Shelly
shall severally be at liberty to marry again in like manner as if they had never
been married, except that
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that during the lifetime of the
said, Clarence M. Shelly , the plaintiff, the said
Doris G. Shelly , the defendant, shall not marry

And , urtlier, the Court do award to the said Clarence M Shelly
against the said Doris G. Shelly
