That ADALI FOGAL , lately deceased, was a resident
and citizen of the Township of Hamilton , in the
County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania; that h. died on Saturday
the 12th day of July , A. :I). 19_12_, at or about 8.4fe'elock
p,. M. at !wanton Township, :3. R. #1, Chembersburg, Pa.
That he died possessed of PERSONAL PROPERTY to the value of
22i.00 , and seized of REAL ESTATE situate in the
Guilford Township to the value of
$ 1200-.00 _ , as near as can be ascertained; that on the 12th day of
June , 1914 , he made his Last Will and Testament, of-
fered for probate herewith, of and in which he appointed your petitioner execut sr.
Wherefore your petitioner respectfully appl ys for probate of the said Last
Will and Testament and for the grant to your petitioner of Letters Testamentary
thereon.
