PutbWow, - - - - - - -August 2nd - - - - - - - - 1954 , the Court having
heard this case and having fully considered and proceeded to determine
the same as to law and justice appertain, do sentence and decree that
George W. Shinham be divorced and
separated from the nuptial ties and bonds of matrimony heretofore contracted
between him , the said George W. Shinham,
the plaintiff, and the said dye A. Shinham
, the defendant; and that there-
upon all and every the duties, rights and claims accruing to either the said
George W . Shinham , or the said
Faye A. Shinham , at anytime heretofore
in pursuance of said marriage, shall cease and determine, and the said
George W. Shinham and Faye A. Shinham
shall severally be at liberty to marry again in like manner as if they had never
been married, except that
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that during the lifetime of the
said, George W. Shinham , the plaintiff, the said
{ Faye A. Shi nham , the defendant, shall not marry
Paul C. Sprenkle, the corespondent.
And Jurtl Pr, the Court do award to the said George W. Shinham
against the said Faye A. Shinham
h is cost in this behalf expended.
