L 1953, the Court having referred
this case to a Master who after taking the testimony and consider-
ing the same has reported his Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
Law therein to the Court, the Court upon due consideration thereof
hereby adopts the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as the
Findings and Conclusions of the Court, and it is accordingly adjudged
and decreed that the supposed or alleged marriage contracted between
Marjorie F . Snider, otherwise known as Marjorie F . Henson, Plaintiff,
and Franklin S . Snider, Defendant, on the 8th day of June, 1946, is
hereby null and void, and it is further Ordered that the Court do
award to the said Marjorie F . Snider, otherwise known as Marjorie F .
Henson, and against the said Franklin S . Snider, her costs in this
behalf expended.
