GAIL M. SNIVELY, Plaintiff, and PHILLIP W. SNIVELY, Defendant, are divorced
from the bonds of matrimony arising out of their marriage heretofore con-
tracted in accordance with the Act of 1929 P.L. 1237, 23 P.S. Sec. 1, et seq,
as amended. The Plaintiff and the County of Franklin are awarded their costs
against the Defendant. The Defendant is not entitled to a copy of this de-
cree until $67. 97 costs have been paid.
