Wauls I be divorced and separated from the nuptial ties and bonds of matrimony heretofore contracted between him , the said Zanies...F F. Wau1a.., the plaintiff, and the said Minnie L. Wauls, the defendant; and that there- upon all and every the duties, rights and claims accruing to either the said James F. Wauls , or the said Minnie L. Wauls , at anytime heretofore in pursuance of said marriage, shall cease and determine, and the said James F. Wauls and Minnie L.
