NOW, this 25th day of March , 1976, the Court decrees
that
Carol L. Yeager , Plaintiff ,
and
Jack G. Yeager, Jr. , Defendant,
are divorced from the bonds of matrimony arising out of their marriage
heretofore contracted in accordance with the Act of 1929 P.L. 1237 , 23
P .S. Sec. 1, et seq, as amended. The Plaintiff and the County of Franklin
are awarded their costs against the Defendant. The Defendant is not en-
titled to a copy of this decree until $74 . 60 costs have been paid.
