BOARD MEETING

III. Approval of Minutes – March 5th, 2026 meeting – Action
a. Milton opens the floor
i. Lori motions approval of the minutes and Vernon seconds. Motion
passes 8-0-0
IV. Public Comment
a. No Public Comment
V. Staff Reports
a. Intern worked on a GIS project for future digitizing of inspections. Liz attended
the PFPA conference on May 2nd in Centre County. Discussed drafting a fact
sheet for landowners starting the preservation process.
VI. Old Business
A. Rodney Bachtell – Landowner accepted to continue with his original offer
B. Impervious Surface Restriction – Milton opens the floor
a. Lori motions to impose no impervious surface restrictions and Sam
Rotz seconds. Motion passes 8-0-0
VII. New Business
A. 2 acre subdivision for Preserved Farm Meyers, N. – landowner requested to
build their additional residential house on 2 acres along the road frontage.
1. Milton opens the floor
i. Lori motions to approve the 2 acre subdivision for an additional
residential structure and George seconds. Motion passes 8-0-0

C. Transource Transmission Discussion
1. Lori provides information on the Transource Transmission project. She
asks the board if they would be willing to file a letter to Pennsylvania
Public Utility Commission to petition against Transource.
2. Milton opens the floor
i. Willie motions for the Ag Board to file a letter to Pennsylvania
Public Utility Commission to petition against Transource and
Brian seconds. Motion passes 6-0-2 with members Milton and
Lori abstaining.
