Pre-Proposal Meeting
A second pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
The location will remain 390 New York Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
Attendance at either the September 1, 2026 meeting or the September 22, 2026 meeting is
mandatory to submit a proposal for this RFP. Contractors who attended the September 1,
2026 in person may participate in the September 22, 2026 meeting virtually upon request
to procurement@franklincountypa.gov or 717-709-7229. All others must attend the
September 22, 2026 meeting in person to have a response to the RFP considered.
All other requirements of Section 1.09, Pre-Proposal Conference of the original RFP remain
in effect.
