CONTRACT ADDENDUM
AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
Franklin County Department of Emergency Services AND
Moetivations on
Franklin County Department of Emergency Services and Moetivations, upon
notification and pursuant to Paragraph/Section No. [the amendment clause of the original
contract] of that certain contract entered into by these parties on 6/18/2026 hereby amend and
revise the contract to include the following:
1. Access to and use of criminal history record information and other sensitive
information maintained in Pennsylvania FBI-managed criminal justice information systems by
Moetivations are subject to the following restrictions:
a. Authorization and Purpose-Limited Access
b. Mandatory Background Checks and MFA
c. Security, Handling, Dissemination & Retention
and
d. The Security Addendum appended hereto, which is incorporated by reference and
made a part thereof as if fully appearing herein.
