We, the undersigned Appraisers, Do Hereby Certify, That the foregoing is a full and cor-
rect Appraisement of the Personal Property and Real Estate, except Real Estate situate outside
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, of Othee D. Martin , deceased,
so far as the Personal Property and Real Estate of said deceased has come to our knowledge,
and that it is in conformity with the Inventory made by John D. Martin, Administrator
of said estate, in accordance with the provisions of the Fiduciarie Act of April 18, 1949.

and says that he is Administrator of the Estate of
Otha D. Martin , late of Montcomery Township% , deceased,
and that the above is an Inventory made by him , the said Administrator ,
of the entire estate of the decedent, consisting of all the personal property and real estate, except
real estate situate outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and that the figures opposite
each item of the Inventory represent its fair value as of the date of decedent's death, based
upon a just appraisement of each item made by two or more appraisers.
