FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING/PRISON BOARD MINUTES
Franklin County Administration Building
October 7, 2026
Present:
John Flannery, Commissioner Bob Ziobrowski, Commissioner
Ben Sites, Sheriff Etta Rotz, Deputy Controller
I. The Prison Board portion of the meeting was called to order by Commissioner Flannery at 10:03AM.
II. Public Comment = None
III. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved for approval of all jail vouchers, Sheriff Sites seconded the motion, and the vouchers were unanimously approved.
IV. Commissioner Ziobrowski moved to adjourn the Prison Board portion of the meeting, Commissioner Flannery seconded the motion, and the Prison Board portion was adjourned.
